The mandate of the CCC is to provide a collective voice for commercial practitioners in Canada. All Members of the commercial council must be members of CREA. If a local real estate Board or Association has a commercial council or division, the commercial REALTOR® must also belong. This provides them with education and networking opportunities that also benefit you as a client.
